The worst customer service from all network and I have had Vodafone and ee. This has to be the worst. They are rude and hang up on them.if you call them out for wasting your time. Then hide names and don't let you talk to managers when you want to complain. I will make sure nobody in my house hold ever gets 02 and anything they are connected to.
I wouldn't recommend anybody get this network I would rather pay up to £10 more pm elsewhere.
