Never use this company o2
All this started when i upgraded my phone, within 7 days well within the 14 day return they had the phone back as i didnt like it. The terrible disreputable company will not admit I returned a phone even though I have documented proof and a refunded deposit for the phone also documented. and they sent a bill of over £600 to a debt collection agency moorcroft. The bill never even came to me first from them. It is on hold by the debt company as they do not believe I need to pay. The company has now taken 7 months to "investigate" and I use that term loosely and all they do is ask for the same written documentation I have sent to them approx 3 times each month.
I would advise anybody to not trust this company. They Harrass, bully, belittle, and lie again and again.
This is the most disreputable company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with
