Someone took out a phone in my name on 7th September and nearly 2 months later 02 fraud team still investigating. Meanwhile I keep receiving threatening letters demanding payment for a phone that was clearly taken out fraudulently.After numerous phone calls to their customer service line I'm yet to have this matter resolved. Their social media responses are generic and not very useful. They trully are the worst company ever
