My.review is to show how frustrating ot is to get any response from 02 after several times of writing and I am wondering if anybody has had the same experience, which I think.is appalling

I ordered my phone 20.09.23 from 02 with a promotion for Samsung earplugs After 30 days. Having not received them, I have constantly been in touch with you and never had a reply from your customer services, who send an automated reply saying I will get a reply within 7 days, NOT ONE OF MY COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN REPLIED TOO. I have been given different excuses, time after time, all ending with give us a few more days. I am totally let down with 02 and all your services, having been a customer for so long, I thought I would have been treated better than this, but now looking at your reviews, it appears a lot of your customers have been treated the same. I will send this to you recorded delivery, in case this email doesn't get a reply ,like all the other emails I have sent to you.
