Shocking customer service . I think a 1 ate is too much , I called 02 3 times this last week and the average wait time is 47 mins, Custer service and response shocking. O2 have been taking money out from my account and set up a direct debit and they don’t know why the money has been taken monthly.
There’s no fraud department. The staff are not clear me they don’t know answers to any general customer service.
