Have been unable to cancel my contract for weeks due to their process. Last que I have been in it took 5 hrs to find out that I wasn't in the cancelation que.
I believe this company makes it this difficult to try to retain customers. I will never have any service with this company again.
STAY Away unless you want a nightmare
