Awful costumer service and IT. I gave the my PAC code 3 times and got no acknowledgement. I had to call in the end. It took half an hour. I've now received texts saying I'm being charged £8.99 to get phone number changed when it is supposed to be free. I guess I'll have to wait til I have hours to spare to call them and queiry this
