Terrible signal, coverage, 4g and 5g
Had been with vodafone for 15 years or so. However, having an unlimited o2 sim with virgin mega bundle deal when changing tv/internet provider. Assumed that by now there shouldnt be too much difference in signal / coverage. Well, 1 month in, and i was wrong. Reception on o2 is really poor. Coverage is also much worse than vodafone. Both 4g and 5g are awful through o2. Really gutted in stuck with them for 18months to be honest! If service/signal etc is important to you, opt for vodafone over o2.
