I have all my family on o2 . We recently made a purchase from the Blackpool store. Contract was sold to my wife with a £200 Mastercard included. Recieve by 1st may we are now into 2nd week of June and continuing to chase this down. Never have I experienced such a time where I am having to chase a company for me to stay with them as a customer. Very disappointed. Keep getting told wait another 14 days then another 7 so on ... principal is key!
