Dreadful customer service operated by a machine and when you do get through, not much better. I was due a refund after I changed to go with another company.
I didnt manage to get in on line, so I had to phone,
They asked for my bank details and I had to phone back Saturday morning so they could send it through, I phoned Saturday morning and the person dealt with it. said it was sorted. She spoke broken English and I had great difficulty understanding her at times. It would be helpful if people who deal with customers speak fluent English.
Monday morning {today} the refund was not in my bank account. I then had to make another phone call only to be told that they send me a cheque Friday. Why did they need my bank details. ? I don't give them out freely
