O2 is a Joke – Avoid Them
I’ve been a loyal customer for a year, using the same payment method without issues. I upgraded my phone via chat, received the iPhone 16, and they immediately cut my line, accusing me of fraud! Their clueless advisors gave me nonsense excuses, wasted my time blaming Apple, and then said it was my payment method—after they already approved the upgrade! Now I’m left without a working SIM and waiting for their “fraud team” to fix their mess. O2 is incompetent, unprofessional, and an absolute nightmare. Stay far away!
