I Have been with 02 for a while now about 8 or 9 years I had 8 contracts with this company for my Mum & step dad & sister & niece was giving them £500 a month my mum passed & step dad passed I rang them many many times They would not budge with data plans had to pay these so I refused to pay for these devices also have 2 still current can't wait to get rid of 02 the longer your with them the worse they treat you there payment restrictions team is somewhere in the UK not a friendly bunch the service team our in India along with Virgin media they our far from a customer friendly team Avoid Avoid Avoid
