Had a new iPhone and straight away it wouldn’t make calls, contacted them multiple times and got nowhere. I’m now 4 months on still unable to make any calls and they haven’t sorted the issue. They lied to me saying they have been trying to ring me but I had no missed calls, the worst customer service I have ever had!
