I today visited O2 at Crbbs Causeway Bristol with a completely dead phone despite trying to charge it. You can only begin to understand my frustration.
I was met by exceptionally helpful staff who tried many times to restart my phone. They never gave up and eventually James managed to restart it.
I cannot praise them all enough, it was an amazing excerise in exceptional customer service.
