Absolutely horrendous experience with o2 again! They fail to do what they say leaving me to spend hours on the phone and writing emails to get a simple task that they could achieve in minutes done! Their customer care is shocking, I was kept on hold for 25 mins when I asked to speak to a manager, when I finally got to speak to one, I couldn’t understand a word he was saying from his call centre in India or where ever he was. From my experience I will never deal with this incompetent company again.
