Faulty furniture, Homeserve came twice to no avail .
Asked for replacement which was to be delivered yesterday .
I was expected to dismantle the recliner settee and chair and build the replacement!
Told them to keep it and have organised collection and refund .
Again I can only get the refund if furniture is dismantled and wrapped !
Unbelievable. I checked with Furniture Village in case it was because of COVID .
They deliver , put together check and take away all packaging, which again Oak Furnitureland do not .
