Terrible service!
Wrong sofa delivered after 12 week wait. I ordered a grey corner sofa, One half was grey the other was blue! They took the blue away and said a manager will be in contact. I then started to unpack one half and found it was badly damaged and ripped.
I called head office very upset this had happened and was told to wait another month for re delivery or a refund. For me this a is terrible service I will do my best to tell everybody to not shop at oak furniture!
