Very poor customer service and communication. Ordered furniture, informed 4 month wait which I accepted, paid in full. Booked delivery date, heard nothing more. The week before it was due to be delivered received email to say delivery date would now be a further 3 months?!!
I DO NOT believe they didn’t know until the week before that they could not honour their contract!
Canceled order (with difficulty) and went to a much more ethical company with excellent communication and customer care.
