Delivery staff and professional who lie.
Well what can I say about oak furniture, delivery staff who say they made a delivery to me yesterday but left a card saying “sorry we missed you” and this is how long it took me to get through to someone in there customer service this morning only to tell me she would ring me back once I told her I have cctv installed. But if you do need to contact someone, press 1 when you get through and someone in there sales team answers straight away. Never again 😡😡😡😡
