Store sales advisor 'sold the idea that IF I were to £99.99 the delivery guys would carry the product upstairs (wardrobe) I am a disabled person as he saw and acknowledged and said the 'white glove' £99.99 delivery services would take care of it
The product is being returned for full refund currently sits in the hallway partially blocking our walkways? I am very annoyed, Sales guys will say anything to earn the commission they are rewarded with.
