Ordered in October for guaranteed delivery before Christmas - they cancelled three times.
Order finally arrived in January damaged - sent item back. Replacement has just the arrived the following week and been unboxed and it's more damaged than the first one.
Really quite upset as this is the first nice furniture we really invested in.
