I have been trying to get someone on the hotline for 6 days now. I tried at multiple times of day. Waited on the phone for more than an hour on average.
At this point I am so fed up. I just want them to take everything back. Unfortunately I can`t get a hold of anyone to tell them that.
Be warned. If you have a problem with any part of the furniture. You will have a problem getting it sorted out.
