Order placed on Dec 28th 2021 with delivery date given of March 18th 2022.Email explained that a text wold be received the day before the delivery day with a 3 hour time slot.
No text or email received so rang CS team - on hold for over 20 minutes with repetitive message about creating an online account , so I did while waiting to see that the order was showing 'No delivery date available' earliest one to book was April 19th!
Very poor customer service that no text or email was received regarding late delivery.
