We bought a brindle bookshelves few months ago that arrive with a slight defect but we didn’t say anything and kept it. Now we have received a chest and next of tables in the same range: the chest has a bit crack on its front that had to be noticed when they packed it, and there is also a crack on a table leg.
I tried many times to contact customer service but nobody answers the phone and nobody came back to me for my online claim. Awful customer service and products. Really disappointed
It took 3 months to get the order and that’s what we got!!!
