Would never buy from here again. Spent £1700 on a new sofa, and twice they delivered the wrong parts, in fact I am still waiting for the complete sofa now!
What is worse is the attitude of the customer services staff. I have spent over 2 hours on the phone chasing delivery, compensation and asking to speak to a manager. I have has walls put up at every stage, and have continually been told I "cannot speak to a manager" I have resorted to complaining to the financial ombudsman as I have ran out of options.
