We orders 2 electric Sofas on 29/08/21 with a delivery date of 12/01/22. When they arrived, they were not the correct material, colour or even matching sofas. Second delivery came on 29/04/22 - wrong colour. Third delivery on 09/05/22 - wrong colour and material. Forth delivery on 16/05/22 - wrong colour.
We have now requested they come and remove the first mismatched broken delivery and refund our money (which will leave us with no furniture until our money comes back and allows us to order something from another supplier).
They were to be collected on 23/05/22, however the two seat sofa would not come apart to allow them to remove it from our house, so the left us with a broken and dangerous sofa - still no refund.
I cannot describe our disappointment and distress enough.
