Avoid at all costs. I have been waiting on a faulty item being collected since 26th September.
1st Collection date 3rd October - cancelled on the day,
2nd Collection date 10th October - cancelled on the day.
3rd Collection schedule in 10 days' time on 20th October.
They are refusing to refund my money until collection!
Absolutely appalling service and the Customer Services Team need training.
