I ordered a bed with a mattress for my new house. On the day of delivery, I got a message saying that all my items are getting delivered. However, after 1 hour, I got another message saying that part of my delivery will be delayed and to rebook new delivery online. I don't understand where did the items disappear in just 1 hour. When I clicked on the link, the dates available were for end of January. This is so unprofessional, I felt like they expected me to sleep on a bed without mattress.
