Ordering was easy on line, good close up photographs allowed me to see what i was buying, and the dimensions was included with each item so it was better than actually having to travel to see it as i had it all to my self. even though i ordered many items there was no mistakes, delivery was spot on with advanced warning, delivery men were very easy to get on with and managed to get the wardrobes around the bend of the stairs by taking them out of the boxes, everything was extremely well packed to prevent damage, which proved good as there was not a mark on the furniture anywhere. I have got to say Oak Furniture Land could not have provided a better service, absolutely first rate, and i do not say that lightly.
