The sales staff at Norwich were first class, both knowledgeable and helpful - as well as knowing when to leave us to stroll round and make up our own minds. The cup of tea was both unexpected and unexpectedly good. The sofa was delivered well before the time they predicted, which happened to suit us well, and the bed was as straightforward to put together as they said it would be. We had paid extra because we wanted the bed as soon as possible (before the predicted time for the sofa), and when both items became available early, we were able to get a refund on the delivery charge with no trouble. The furniture itself is excellent and has been widely admired.
