On our first visit to your show room we encountered Steve who was very friendly and helpful, unfortunately on our return trip he was busy. My mother ordered dining table and chairs and paid extra to have a specified date as she lives on Isle of Man and was over for a quick visit so needed it delivered before she went back and therefore could take it back with her. I ordered a wardrobe and feel that I was bullied into buying the 5 years accident and damage cover as your show room sales person would not let up on it. After I agreed to buy it, he then started trying to get me to pay extra for specified delivery and informed me that if I was notified of a delivery date and was not able to receive it I would be charged £40.00 for another delivery date and that I would only be given 24 hours notice of delivery. Another bullying tactic. If it was not for the fact that your furniture is good quality, being in a sale and interest free credit, I would of told him to stick the wardrobe where the sun does not shine and now I am mad with myself for agreeing to buy the 5 year cover.
