We actually attended the store in Speke, Liverpool, there was absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever - we were given all the information we asked for and left alone for as long as we needed. The salesman was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The product was delivered on time by helpful and friendly drivers; it was packed very well and was exactly as ordered, without blemish.
