Bought a 2 and 3 seater from the store with extra paid for delivery and installation, delivery arrived at 7.30pm team had to borrow a knife to open the boxes and then brought the furniture into the house to discover one of the zips that holds the arm piece on was damaged, I agreed to sign the delivery note and accept the sofa which was a mistake I should have sent it back out with them as the customer service from store and head office is nothing short of outrageous a true case of we've got your money so do one
avoid at all costs
