I ordered 2 sets of coffee tables and was assured by the salesman in the Farnborough store that they would arrive ready to just take out of the boxes. He was genuine. I was prepared to wait almost 3 months for them but what arrived was 8 legs and 4 pieces of wood! Not what I ordered. They have been returned but 3 months on I have to start again looking for my coffee tables. Good quality Flat pack can be bought at a fracture of the price. Not impressed. I gave you my money in good faith and waited all that time and you have left me with nothing and waiting for my refund.
