We ordered a three piece suite in June 2021, was told 7 days delivery,once we had payed we were then told it couldn’t be delivered until august, then was told beginning of September and it eventually arrived at the end of September. After unpacking the settee we noticed that the end cushion was 4 cm lower that the other two cushions and the seams on the leather didn’t line up either by 4 cm. Rang to complain and they sent someone out from Homecare two weeks later to inspect the fault, it was obviously a manufacturers fault but the report came back as, fair wear and tear can you believe. Over the last three years we have had five different so called engineers out to rectify the faults which now included the back of the seats on the armchairs sinking right down. The have stuffed them with all sorts of foam but the faults are still there. I paid about £400 for a five year warranty on the suite but it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. The have just rejected my latest claims and are not going to rectify them. Just don’t use Oak Furniture Land or there Insurance Company MB and G Insurance, it’s a big scam.
