With regards to ref ofl 2653623 - we lodged a complaint about the sofas we recieved earlier this month. Two of the seats on our sofas have become extremely depressed and is not padded enough comparatively to the middle seat. This has meant that when sitting down - you sink alot lower than would have expected and there isn't enough support.
There was also scuffing and tears on delivery on the back of one of the sofas again photos attached.
We have discussed this with your team and have attached photos below to indicate this
