Promised delivery dates cancelled 4 times.
Customer service inadequate and conflicting information given.
Was told item not actually on the van,after having confirmation the morning of delivery. I called to make further enquiries and was given a different story about delivery.
This time I was told the van had broken down! I will never buy from, or recommend Oak Furniture Land. Apalling service.
Two days before Xmas to make things worse. Original delivery date was 27 November. 1 star is generous!
