I purchased a table which costs in excess of £1400 which I consider a substantial purchase. However I am very disappointed that the delivery standards do not support such a service
Deliver man refused to take it around the rear of the property stating health and safety concerns ???
To top it off your delivery doesn't include assembly and to be told if the delivery date isn't confirmed you will be charged an extra £40 to rebook
I have purchased products for a lot less and received a high standard of delivery service.
Your premium price doesn't give a full premium service
During my purchase I was asking to purchase protectors to save my wood floor. When I tried to apply this to my chairs a flat sticky pad will not stay on a rounded chair support
I am very happy with the product but your addition customer experience is far short of the price you command for your products
