The salesperson was not pushy at all and went out of his way to ensure I got all my questions answered, even to the extent of moving other furniture around so I could get a feel of how the sofa (that I was purchasing) would look against other colours in the room into which it was going. The information of looking after the sofa was clear, and the payment and booking of delivery was very easily done. The actual delivery was excellent too - on time and as described.
