The sofa I purchased was great quality and exactly as advertised. The online purchase was easy and the phone calls I received regards delivery etc were polite and friendly. The delivery was on time but I would not have an item delivered again just in case the very rude and insulting 'gentlemen' who delivered the sofa turned up again. Can't fault the office staff or the product but would arrange collection ion future at any cost so as not to have these rude men in my house.
