Great customer service by Michael Hackworthy at the Watford store, we went to a range of stores around Oak Furniture however what stood out the most was Michael's professionalism, extremely polite, easy to get on with, calm, and very accommodating. He was honest, easy and a great individual to help us make a choice on what table to buy to which we are loving.
