Friendly store staff, not over bearing, customer interaction pitched just at the right level, available when needed. We were served and dealt with by a very nice man called Keith from the Cheltenham, Gallagher retail park store, who made you feel relaxed and welcomed. Everything was made clear during the purchase process. The delivery process was great, the guys were very friendly, respectful and happy. BTW we love our new settees too. All in all a great experience. Would recommend oak-furniture-land as a place to go. Thank you.
