Shocking experience from start to finish! Have spent over £5000 with them and would never buy anything else from them
Most items were faulty / damaged
Systems don’t seem to work and most customer service staff don’t have the right information to be able to do their job
Takes hours to get anything resolved and their delivery policy is a joke
Poor communication and follow up
Don’t even bother completing the contact request form on line as no one responds
