Ordered a sideboard from Oak Furniture Land which when unpacked had doors that would not close. On inspection it was found that 3 of the hinges were damaged. I spent a total of over 2 hours on the phone trying to organise new hinges that I agreed I would fit. After the first promised delivery came and went I was asked for more evidence which I sent. After waiting again for hinges which never materialised I told them to come and collect it. I have now been waiting 4 weeks and have another week to wait. It's a huge understatement to say their customer service is pathetic.
