The products are made with care and in every new line they seem to improve their products. So even when two of my backpacks broke down due to minor failures, I came back to Oak25 because of their costumer support and the quality of their products. They cannot do anything against material failure, sometimes it happens and the failure-parts are now improved :) I just love them
