Very easy to use the website, once the order was placed I received good communications.
My bed was out of stock at the time of order, but I was updated on a regular basis of when it was due to be back in stock and the estimated delivery date. One day before delivery day I received a call from the guys informing me of their expected time of arrival. The delivery guys were polite and courteous, the furniture was very well packaged and protected for long distance delivery. I am very pleased with my bed purchased, which looks more expensive than it was.
