Excellent service....excellent product My first call to Oak Furniture Store was four days ago and I spoke with a chap called Ray. As requested he returned my call yesterday exactly as promised. During both of these calls, Ray was very pleasant, patient, and his customer service and interpersonal skills were also excellent. His ability to answer all my questions in a confident and informed manner was very reassuring and made the whole experience extremely easy. Ray presented as an excellent ambassador for Oak Furniture Store and I look forward to receiving my new dining suite and console table in the future. Would strongly recommend this company not only on the basis of customer service, but as a customer who purchased a bedroom suite five years ago, and am aware of the quality of the product they provide.
