The service and the book case were excellent. The transport company were poor. It was good you packed it well as it arrived with a large hole in the cardboard. I said I wished to unpack and inspect the goods first and the delivery man said it would not be their fault it it was damaged and walked off. It was not damaged but had obviously been poorly handled. They were also very slow in delivering once it had been collected from you.
