Alvin and Ray, who helped us at Oak Furniture Store were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly over the phone. We asked about the freight insurance cover, they advised the freight cost already covered the insurance in transit. On its arrival, the cabinet is of very good quality. We have bought furniture from here few years before and everything is of a high standard as always.
