I am very happy with the desk chair I purchased from Oak Furniture. However I wasn't happy that it took a lot longer to arrive that the 8-10 weeks published on their website. To make things worse the only way I found out what was happening with my order was when I emailed them and asked, otherwise no one bothered to keep me informed as to what was happening with my order.
